It is understood that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will have your retainer transferred to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer will need to be made to reschedule an appointment.
